[Spooks] blank carrier (update)

Hi,

The blank carrier on 5919 is still there! It has been
on the air nonstop, I first came across it yesterday
(Wed) at around 2300, the signal is absolutely solid
in my location. 


D/F's and other logs would be appreciated.
