[Spooks] CW beacon 77m t t

Hi all

I'm hearing CW repeated-message '77m t t' on freqs 20048.4, 16331.84,
10872.38 in Japan.  All of them are in the Russian MX cluster beacon's
band.

Anyone have the informations about them?
