41 meters drops out during the nighttime for local coverage,
especially now that we're getting into the low part of the solar
cycle. Doing some quick forecasts with DX Toolbox
(http://www.blackcatsystems.com/software/dxtoolbox.html) indicates
that virtually all of North, Central, and South America would be
covered, except for a zkip zone centered around Cuba extending over
much of the Caribbean. Florida is in the skip zone as well, for what
it is worth.

WHRI should have a similar skip zone around it. Of course the order
of magnitude (or more!) difference in transmitter powers between the
two transmitters makes things a little more complicated.

Cuba is closer to South America than WHRI, and may produce stronger
signal levels, so my guess would be that is a likely target area. Or
somewhere in the WHRI skip zone? Hmm....
