Good morning from the UK

Yesterday the spy numbers station E22 was up and at it again.
I took a mp3 recording of it and added it to my site shown here...

Whats interesting about this one is that a male voice speaking very quickly
came up before the first transmission.
Later during the test tone of the second 14:06 TX a female voice broke in
on it.
Probably in Arabic.
