[Spooks] Automated Spy Numbers Loggings

JSR on 7540 ususally during early morning and afternoon hours here 
 
on Esat Coast.  Last time I saw 7540 was on 29 Jan 2005 at 1900z, 
 
1400 local time.  Probable reasons not senn are propagation and daytime 
 
work hours.

Hi Bob,

in your monitorings, the E10 "JSR" on 7540 is missing. I am sure, you can
also receive E10 on this freq - or not? And iof you can receive it, how is
the reception?
