[Spooks] Cuban anomaly

I have not heard the V2c frequency mistakes.

However, I wonder if that or something similar is what happened Tues,
1/11/05 0921 when the Txmn. on 7482 started 21 minutes late. Since I don't
want to get up at 3:00 AM local time, I just set the radio on timer and
frequency then Audiocorder to vox, there isn't the option to search other
frequencies if the first doesn't come on when expected.

Even if it was just the operator starting the broadcast late, it could be a
"newbie" error, similar to the frequency punch up errors Mark S. suggests.

About Tom H.'s comments in the earlier thread, I've noticed the same click
at the end of the V2a and V2c transmissions. It would make sense as you
suggest that an automated phone line is used so there is not additional
people handling the media with the actual numbers on it. (Making the media
and actual set of numbers less vulnerable to going astray presumably.) I
don't usually follow the M8 family transmissions. Do they have the click at
the end also?
