[Spooks] V2c Unusual broadcast this AM.

Hi Mark, 

It is commonplace to hear such mistakes, whether
intentional or not remains the question. 

I often question the means of the engineering side of
things.

I often wonder what the media is for the numbers,
tape, computer, ect. All I can say is that at the end
of V2c and V2a messages, you hear a click
afterwards... like a telephone is being hung-up. This
is always immediate, I have never heard a transmission
without this click right at the end.. it must be an
automated telephone patch, I suggest the poor audio
quality has plenty to do with the means in which the
audio is sent.. which is probably through a telephone
line from HQ to the transmitter site.
