Some of you may hear these things on a regular basis, and if so, I am
sorry for bothering you with this.

The other day at 2145 I was listening for pirate stations on 6.925.
But, I heard something up a few KC's.  On 6.930 in USB, classical
music was playing, and every minute or so, a string of about 30 DTMF
tones would come.  Really fast, too, like on speed dial.  And then at
about 2150, and distorted female voice came on, saying something like
Sierra, 90 (I think) November, Two.  I am a ham, and know the phonetic
alphabet.  It was coming in about 4/9, and I could hear the voice
pretty good.  The voice was definately computer generated, and sounded
like a middle easter person, sort of.  I have a tape of it, but can't
get it on the internet.
