[Spooks] Can't find E10, either

V2c (and M8) are always loud here in Illinois.  Maybe it's my antennas.

I can usually hear E10 in evening times (0200Z plus or minus) around 7 and
9 MHz best.  They are never extremely loud like V2 and M8 but they are
usually perfectly audible.
