[Spooks] Can't find E10, either

Like Devan, I can't find E10-- or any station other than V2/ V2a and
their morse counterparts.  It's so, so frustrating.

After I submit my grad school apps a friend and I plan to build an
antenna that is better than my homemade POS but still portable/
unobtrusive enough to keep my landlord off my back.

Until then-- any suggestions?  I live in Philly and used to attribute
my poor reception to living in the city.  Assuming that to be true I
took my radio etc. on a trip to Va. thinking that the proximity to
various military installations and wide open spaces would help.  If
anything, it was worse!
