[Spooks] 12590 wierdness

THE WIL WHEATON? Ensign Crusher? WOW, welcome to the list! I've been
an avid reader of your blog for several years, on Fark, Slashdot
etc...and of course a big fan of ST:TNG.

You did indeed stumble on a coast guard station. They are scattered
all over the dial. The loudest one I routinely pick up is 6335 or
somewhere in that neighborhood, been awhile since I went looking for
it.

If you're interested Wil, I wrote an article on shortwave listening
and computer programs that can aid you in decoding signals like this.
