[Spooks] rhythmic tones on 6445 USB and 6447 LSB

Hi

Tonight 17/2/05 at 20:05 UTC I came across these seemingly musical tones
repeating over and over with very little variation.
Still going now at 20:27

Firstly I tuned them in on 6445 USB but also found a similar sounding
station on 6447 LSB !

Very odd, I am sure someone will know what this is but to me its new.
I have placed a short mp3 file on my web site in case anyone could have a
listen for me?
It is the file at the top names 6445 etc.
