[Spooks] Sam Signal Strength

Sam signal strength at 0425Z:

3700:  S8-S9 with heavy QRN.
4300:  S7.
6500:  S7 between S9+10 QRM.
10500:  Generally S7.

Negligible difference in signal strength depending on whether I use
my T2FD or my 400 foot wire, oriented N/S, fed at S end.  (Wire is
much noisier on 3700 and 4300.)
