My Kenwood TS-440 and TS-850 are both capable of computer control of
frequencies, but neither have DSB capability.

To my knowledge there are no ham transceivers currently on the market with
DSB suppressed carrier capability.  All the DSB transmitters I know of
predate computer control.

I could homebrew something pretty easily.  I just don't know the chances
of someone else doing that just to have some pirate fun.
