Hey, do you live in the paradise? that´s always be my dream, E6 Tacamos at 
one side and E3 Awacs in the other side.

The Tacamos uses a big part of HF low frecuencies for "relay" comms 
with USN Subs under the water, only some frecuencies have this 
capability under "periscope" deep.

While I was a radio operator (USAF) I had the opportunity to file 
an interference report. I had an irritating noise on a primary GHFS 
freq and wanted it to go away.  Shortly after filing the report, I 
received a phone call from an FCC monitoring station who gave me a LONG 
and LAT for the signal. 
The info put the signal somewhere on Tinker AFB.  For some strange 
reason, I still do not know why, I keep the coords.  Several years 
later I found them again while cleaning out a filing cabinet in my home 
on Tinker AFB. I popped them into my trusty Garmin Etrex and went for a 
ride.  The LONG and LATS did point their way to the current home of the 
Navy TACAMO flight line.
