[Spooks] Another strange sound

The first time I tuned into HAARP it literally frightened me. Sitting
there, all alone, in my dimly lit home office, tuning the dial with my
headphones on, nothing but static, then WHAM! S9 signal strength, and
loud alternating beeps at different frequencies. Some serious power!
