[Spooks] Sam on 6500 khz

I just got home from work and there he is on 6500 and 10500 kHz.  I've been
listening since ~ 2330Z on 9 Feb. Nothing heard on 3700 or 4300 kHz but
those frequencies might not be open to his area until later, if it's to the
west of here (Illinois).

Also nothing heard on any of the WWV frequencies here.

The signal is quite loud here on 10500 and I noticed that the buzz at the
start actually chops off the "V" of "Varmint".
