10500 is S9+ here in northern Colorado.

Looking at it in a waterfall display is interesting.  An unnoticed (by
me) 200 Hz tone is in the background constantly here, and each "buzz"
has a unique signature of dozens of "bins," each of which is strong or
weak in each occurrence.  Which bin has a strong signal and which one
has a weak signal is different with each buzz.

It's hard to tell, but there *appears* to be some changing of the
individual bin's strength from the waterfall display of the buzz,
always at the very beginning, for a few ms.

What does it mean?  Beats me!
