[Spooks] Sam on 6500 khz

I'm copying him now at 0425Z.  He's on the weak side here but copyable.

The signal seems to be changing strength as if he's switching antennas or 
changing the direction of a beam. I've spent the night working people on 
40 meters and this signal strength variation isn't due to propagation 
tonight.
