[Spooks] blank carrier

Hello

Been hearing a very strong blank carrier on 10345
since around 1100 utc, what is odd is that M8a was
ontop of it during the 1100 tx, I noticed the carrier
when the CW from M8a was coming in well in the AM
mode, thought it may of been a birdie or some local
qrm but it dont seem to be
