Hi Chris:
    Just as a heads up.  The M8c format has not been in use now for several 
months.  The Cubans finally resorted back to the old M8a format.  It took 
them nearly a year to realise the garbled characters in the M8c format, and 
maybe that was not good for business.  Or maybe they were just tired of us 
making fun of their ineptness!
    Also, the V2c format seems to be gone for the time being, and the V2c 
skeds have been replaced by additional V2a skeds.  The same freqs still 
apply except there is now a 1600z sked on 7975m and the 2200z sked on 6797m 
has been eliminated.
