[Spooks] Strange sound with German numbers on 6869 kHz

I also hear this station at my QTH (Castricum/Netherlands - 52°34'N / 
04°43'E) at 21:30 UTC. When listening on LSB I get the correct sound at 
6868 kHz, but in USB on a little under 6879 kHz. And on AM the correct 
frequency seems to be exactly 6879 kHz. Signal with slow fading, S5-S7.

Very weird indeed and indeed unlike anything of this kind I have heard 
before. What Jochen refers to as 'music' is the sort of spacy sounds we 
would get in SciFi TV-series in the 60's.
