[Spooks] XPERTA Problem

Hi List

I've been fidling around with the XP Decoder XPERTA
and it always says "unable to open file". Even if the
sound file is of the exact specifications needed and
the right file path added. 

Hopefully theres people who can help on this list who
use XPERTA.
