The only spectrogram I have is the one from Don Moman, VE6JY, the 
same one used in the ARRL news item.  See :

There was another signal on last night, one of the standard 
"Russian-Chinese" 12-channel enciphered voice or data signals. 
Twelve channels with 200 hertz spacing, center freq 7237.80 kHz, 
with the telltale pilot carrier on 7239.30 kHz.  The signal 
changed irregularly between traffic and idles.  Certainly not the 
same as the one heard earlier.
