It apparently disappeared before Friday night (still not heard
tonight), EST. I am hoping ARRL will have news on Monday about
the source of the signal. It consisted of only 5 or so
unmodulated carriers, spaced equally by about 84-88 hertz (my own
measurements). The RF was not stable and showed slow drifts of
the order of a few tens of hertz, but the spacing of the carriers
did appear constant. There was never any information content
although both VE6JY and myself observed the whole thing to go off
the air without warning for a few seconds on several occasions.
Not sure if it matches any BPL signals.
