[Spooks] P Beacon + Russ Voice Traffic 4.825

Hi List,

Some people have been saying the rus voice traffic
heard on 4.825 is simply shipping traffic. I read on
the latest N & O that it was military related. Well
right now I heard a "P" Beacon which sounds like one
of the naval prop beacons on 4.825, along with voice
traffic. Currently listening at 1047z on a Internet
Tuner ICOM-R75 located in Rommelle Sweden.
