Hi Seism,

This station has the Enigma designation "V2a".  Go to 
http://www.spynumbers.com and click on "Stations", then on V2a. That will 
give you details of the station.

You can also go to "Database" and search for V2a.  You can sort by 
frequency, time, date, etc. This should give you an idea of the dates, 
times and frequencies this station is heard on.  It's in Cuba and is 
usually strong in USA and Canada.

I wonder if hurricane Ivan will take it out again?
