[Spooks] V2a mistakes

I wouldn't call it "normal" but it does happen from time to time.  I heard
it on two radios, so I was pretty sure it wasn't either radio (nor yours
either Devan.)  Radio Habanna has that buzz also from time to time.  I
presume either a feed or transmitter problem.
