[Spooks] E3

Really, why is everyone discussing E3?  It is really not that big of a deal. 
  I listened to it for a few hours while I worked in my ham shack.  One 
thing I did do is on CI-V commander, I programmed in all of the E3 
frequencies, so now I can see the best signal quickly.
