[Spooks] E 10 and QSO

Re: 6930 Yesterday I heard English QSO (S7 - 5) "you can go down to the
40...you can go right along the 40..."   It did seem to be about fishing
along 40th parallel, possibly off the West coast here considering the signal
strength and clarity. Then again, there was no explicit reference to
fishing.

I have been listening to 6930 the last few days around 2200, and have heard 
a lot of english speaking people, a lot with an American accent, a few 
european sounding people, and on 6926, I heard a very anti-american pirate 
station.
