[Spooks] It's E23!

Hi Tom and Chris,

this station, which was monitored by Tom, is neither E5, nor E17, it's E23!
As Tom wrote the freq (8190 - exactly 8188), it was clear for me. E23 uses
Cynthias voice, but - as you monitored right - with 5-lgs, not 3.2, as E5
does it. E23 is operated from Poland/Hungary, at the same QTH, where
earlier G2 sent - the Swedish Rhapsody "Spieluhr", which brought numbers
transmissions in German. If you look (listen) at

www.simonmason.karoo.net/page13.htm, you will recognize the station as
E23. E17 is operated by the Russians and uses a different voice to E23 or
former E5.
