[Spooks] 14.318 MHz Pulse signal

Hi Herb:

You may want to unplug ALL the television sets, VCRs, DVD players and 
any other device in your house that can process color TV signals.  This 
is because 14.31818 is 4 times the color burst frequency of 3.579545 and 
is the sampling frequency used in most modern NSTSC type equipment.  To
