[Spooks] V2a with irregular presentation

Hi Mark

Always see you on the FRN

Now, you mention "speeding up" so are you talking
about fast "digits" as in a fast or quick "uno" as
frequently is transmitted. 

Sometimes there is a fast digit or digits in some of
the transmissions.. purpose is unknown. It could just
be a alternate voice machine while the other voice
machine is under going repair of some kind. I believe
V2a uses some sort of analogue voice maker machine
because on some transmissions you hear a loud buzzing
sound when she reads off numbers.. and stops untill
she reads the next group.
