A station on 6507 kHz USB has been repeating a message in English and some other European language for about 4 hours daily (2200-0200Z) since September. The message includes "This is Radio _____, broadcasting on 870, 1240, 1270 ........ 2310, 2370" There is nothing on any of the 120 m frequencies that comes in here in New York State. What is it?
