[Spooks] interesting V2c observation

Earlier I was monitoring a V2c transmission 2101-2151
UTC on 7520. At the end of the transmission at about
2150 loud Spanish language music came on.. there was 2
slight dropouts in audio but then it came back untill
2150 untill it went off but the V2c blank carrier was
still active.. all signed off then at 2151
