Very similar to a EAM. The "Standby" in the callup, the "I say again"
etc. What makes me wonder is; The Freq used, the format of the
transmission, and the lack of the DTMF tones normally heard at the end
of the EAM's...

Very curious!  I wonder if someone can run this through a DSP program
and clean itup abit?
