[Spooks] 6903 0045 & 0140z; smae as "UnId English 6840 AM" ??

I heard something similar to Mark's postings, but on a different frequency, 
last night.

Station ID'd itself as "I3T" ("Italy 3 Tango").  First appearance was 0045z, 
AM mode, with a male voice, American accent, reading letters and numbers, in 
groups.  Second time I heard it was around 0140z, this time female voice, 
again ID'ing as "I3T".

Is this a military transmission of some sort, or a numbers station, or ...?
