[Spooks] V2

Hi,
I listened to the end of a V2 transmission last night at 0300z on 10.446 (or 
somewhere like that), and it sounded like the voice was saying "hello" 4 or 
5 times at the end.  I could not hear it well; their audio always seems 
distorted (do they overmodulate their signal?).   It was in AM.  But, it 
really sounded like "hello? hello? hello? hello?"  The distortion was 
definately not coming from my rig, I have had a lot of QSO's on it, and 
SWL'ed alot, and never had a problem with the reciever.
