Paul, I was just able to check my mail for the first time (la tarjeta
de debito went missing in the airport), but the biggest antenna I
noted today while in the park was above the Instituto del Cemento
Portland Agentino, which is indeed quite official looking.  I'm not
even sure what this would translate as, but they do have a Web site:
www.icpa.org.ar.

I'll take a closer look next time I'm in el Centro.  No digital
camera, unfortunately.
