[Spooks] E5 logging?

regarding the following 

16273 E5 Tue 05112004 1700 USB 313 V. WEAK 


REGARDING SIGNAL strenght i never write weak, i write Signal
1)strenght such as S5 or S2
2) frequency 16273 isn`t used by E03
3)the time i usualy start monitoring is roughly about 1800z
4)and i always send my loggs at the end of the month,there to get my may loggs. one has to wait for nearly the end of may

if the is anothier aquila ,i don`t have an idea. but that signal wasn`t mine 100 percent sure, the proof was given above
