[Spooks] E5 logging?

That spot is a bit mysterious.  It appears to be a duplicate of the spot 
in the spynumbers database (comments and all) of number 55019 on 
1999-07-13 by Steve Gunn with the date and spotter changed.

Was it an error on someone's part?
