Ah, I vaguely remember hearing about this radar before.

It's basically a doppler radar for measuring ocean waves and currents.

Of interest to us is the power output, their basic unit is sped'd 80W 
max, 40 W average. Take a look at the specs pages, they show the 
sweep frequency, rate, etc.
