[Spooks] V2a and M8a Screw-ups

Hello all,

Last couple of days the Cubans have had some problems with their numbers
xmsns.  Here are a couple of logs from today so far:

2004-06-28  0200 0000  12165  USB V2a
V2a, fair/readable, ID is 99541 43142 64382, many mistakes tonight:

Overmodulated, Many Pauses, Attention not said a couple times in the callup,
transmission started on 12215, then operator moved transmission to 12165,
radio station in bg, I suspect Radio Havana Cuba.  Parts of this
transmission have been recorded.

2004-06-28  1300 0000  10566  CW  M8a
M8a, strong/readable, into message, in the middle of sending numbers it
pauses for a couple seconds to a minute, then jumps right back into the
message.  Parts of this transmission have been recorded.

......and heres a log from yesterday from Kristianstad, Sweden:

2004-06-27  1830 0000  11470  AM  E6
E6, weak/readable, sked 690, no message, 000000
