[Spooks] Question about spy numbers

I can relate to that, I dont have a ham licence either. I think the only
ham gear that I have might be some software or something like that. If you
have $500-$800 or more, then I would suggest buying a Lowe HF-225 Europa.
Thats what I have right now, IMO its an outstanding radio, built for DX. I
dont know much about cheaper radios, but may I suggest a Grundig? Good luck
hunting for numbers! BTW, whats your QTH Scarecrow?
