This actually looks more like a some ISB modulated transmissions ( or
less likely am signal ? )

When i look at the spectrum in Spectraplus i see that the 4 pip
frequences are sort of syncronised.

the nominal carrier is at 1770 and then the offset is about +-845 for
the first set and so forth


If its ISB...could it be a homing beacon then ?
