[Spooks] unid pip station

Hi, I copied this station yesterday for the first time. It is audible from the
late afternoon and during the night in Europe. Last night I've talked to people
from Ireland, UK, Germany and Austria and it seems that I had the strongest
signal here in Holland. Today however, the signal was heard in Germany hours
before I could hear it.

The exact freq is 1770 kHz, AM modulated. It sends 65 pips per minute. The owner
is still unid. A driftnet buoy is suggested. It could however also be a
(military) channel marker.
