UNID male (real time, quite quick in reading) Russian Voice Station on 4825
khz lsb 1803 - till now:

Msgs are transmitted every two minutes, they are slightly varying in format
but roughly it looks like this:
1846 UTC "0616th 534 19 in 69th for 46 2      0638 534 65 in 92nd for 46 2
(rptd)    0709 73 in 34th for 46 2                        0775th 534 39 for
46 2"

Pls note that "46" are reading for minutes.

Encrypting sounds similar to one rcvd (YL) on 24.5.04 on 6880 usb at
1208-1221 UTC. I recorded full msg at that time:

"16.08" is MSK time which shows origin of stn.

What is interesting: in both cases, two more Russian voice stns were wkg on
the same freq. at same time sometimes interfering each other: 1. counting
stn "1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,0" a few times. 2. YL and ML stations with encrypted
call signs and radio checks time per time. 6880 kHz: Schit-44 (YL) and
Plafon-86 (ML). 4825 kHz: "Tri nolya" (YL) [three zeroes].
Counting stn on 6880 kHz could be the same as stn sent message, on 4825 khz
it sounded as "Tri nolya".
