[Spooks] 11.192 signal?

Well, as I type this (2325z) it stops transmitting, but
had been an odd "data" signal on that freq for some time.

Seems I'd heard this before, and seems it was not
a "spook" but a normal data signal of some sort.
However, my dialup speed is not really fast enough
today to take a look at the online signals page. grrr
