Hello, all, again--

A disappointing end to this adventure, I'm afraid, due to the gripe.
I did make it back down to Av. Florida, and the horizontal mast
that caught my eye is in fact one door to the left (as one faces
the entrance) from the Cement Institute.  There appears to be a
feed line running to the right across the block, and that's about
all I have.

CK, I hope you prove a more competent documentarian than I have.
(I caught beacon "TE" on 374 kHz from the Palermo neighborhood, but
that's it.  Not sure whether it was EZE or the domestic airport.)
