[Spooks] "M" beacon off freq?

Hello All,

I logged the "M" beacon (Magadan) on 7038.855 kHz this evening 
(Jan 20 2150-2214Z).  Very weak but the repeated dashes were 
clearly audible at times, sending Morse "M" every 2.5 seconds. 
This was a little before local sunset.  Believe the usual freq is 
7039.40 kHz.

The signal is no longer audible (or even visible with accumulated 
signal on the spectrum analyzer) as I type this (2333Z).  Hope 
someone closer can confirm that they are off freq.
